At Big Apple Ballroom, we don't just teach you steps. We coordinate with the tempo of your song, the mobility of your dress or suit, and the precise dimensions of your venue floor. Whether you want to survive the spotlight comfortably or deliver a viral performance, our wedding specialists are artists of the moment. Your first lesson is free. After that, a single 45-minute lesson is $160, and wedding packages run $130 to $152 a lesson — enroll the same day as your first lesson and we add bonus lessons on top.

Your first lesson is free, so you can meet your instructor and hear what we'd do with your song before you spend anything. For most couples, 90 seconds to 2 minutes is ideal. This is long enough to create a memorable moment without overstaying the floor. We work with the tempo of your chosen song and can choreograph an edit if the original track runs long.
Yes. We work with any song regardless of tempo, genre, or time signature. Once you've chosen your song, we'll analyze its rhythm and structure and design a choreography that matches its mood and feel naturally.
