Bring in the fall season with us. A flannel-and-foxtrot social on the 5th Avenue floor — Thursday, October 15th, 8:30 to 10 PM. Admission is $30, and it is free for VIP members and for anyone who takes the 7:30 Social Ballroom class that evening: stay on after class and the party is yours. Flannel encouraged.
A full evening of West Coast Swing. Classes at 7:30 PM — beginner with Sabrina & Patrick, intermediate+ with Sophie & Joe — then the social from 8:15 PM with live blues by the Mitch Frohman Swing Quartet and contemporary DJ sets. Paola Cruz & the Band return for an evening of live music, social dancing, salon games and curated mischief — with tarot readings by Anya Katsevman, and the BAB costume contest to close the night. Come early: the 6 PM group class is included with your Salon ticket. Members can take the class on their membership, and the class is open on its own if you can only make the early part of the evening.

Melting Pot is Fusion Dance NYC's monthly fusion dance, where dancers from different styles come together under one roof — hosted on our 5th Avenue floor. Run and ticketed by Fusion Dance NYC; admission at the door.
Every Monday at 9:00 PM
Two hours of open West Coast Swing practice right after Monday night classes, with instructors on the floor to help. Rotate partners, run what you just learned to real music, and turn class material into dancing you own. All levels welcome — no partner needed.
Every third Sunday of the month at 3:00 PM
Ballroom social & more with Gene Eagle — the 3rd Sunday of every month, 3–6 PM. $25 entry ($23 with pre-registration); free for BAB VIPs & 2pm class attendees. 78 5th Ave, 5th Floor.
Come alone. Most people do. There's no dress code beyond shoes you can turn in, nobody is watching you, and someone will ask you to dance in the first ten minutes. If you'd rather start with a lesson, most socials follow a class on the same night.
