To enrich your experience we rotate partners throughout the class, offering opportunities to practice leading or following with various partners. This approach refines your dancing abilities, enabling effortless application with any partner. Our ultimate goal is to create an inclusive and enjoyable atmosphere where you can have a blast while refining your dance skills.

West Coast Swing Basics
West Coast Swing patterns and technique. Suitable for all levels. Most students need at least two months of experience before moving on to level II. You can check out the WC Swing curriculum here. See a video breakdown of the figures you’ll need before moving on to West Coast Swing II below.
Signing up for the class covers you for the party at 9:30pm so you don't need to register for both.
West Coast Swing II
West Coast Swing II is a continuation of the "Basics" class with more advanced patterns and partnering. You should have a good understanding of and ease with the Left Side Pass, Right Side Pass, Sugar Push, and Whip before moving on to WC II from the Basics class. As with the Basics class, signing up for this class includes the party afterwards so you don't need to register for both. West Coast Swing III
West Coast Swing III continues with advanced patterns and partnering. A strong foundation in Basics is advised before moving on to this class.

Perfect for beginners and pre-intermediate dancers looking to get some guided practice.

Ballroom II is a continuation of the work you’ll do in Ballroom Basics, but will have a more in depth focus on one dance over a series of classes.

Dynamic Stretch with Vanda offers unique ways of stretching your body using active, continuous flow and movements, similar to your dance moves and getting you from position to position without force or sense of holding to achieve a maximum stretch throughout your whole body.
